Activities to do with Parker Boats and Parker Offshore Boats
Parker Offshore Boats was founded in the 1960s and is today located in Beaufort, NC. The brand builds strong, durable center consoles and sport cabins ranging from 18-foot to 29-foot in length. Renowned for the seaworthiness and high quality of its boats, Parker Offshore Boats can be utilized for fishing, cruising with friends and family, or even overnight adventures.
Parker Offshore began life building commercial fishing vessels and skiffs, but by the late 1970s was focusing on sportfishing boats as well as commercial skiffs. By the 1980s pilothouse sport fishing boats and center consoles were added to the line-up, made from fiberglass over wood.
Parker Boats (or Parker Poland) is a wholly different brand. It is a subsidiary of AH Parker & Sons (Ltd) which was founded in 1886 and is today known better as Parker RIBs. The subsidiary was incorporated in 1940 and has been building pilothouse boats, cruisers, and sport fishing boats in Poland since the 1970s.
AH Parker & Sons gained its reputation through building high-quality, high-performance Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) ranging from 16 feet to 52 feet in length. However, Parker Poland turned its attention towards designing and manufacturing luxury sport, leisure, and fishing boats. The current line-up features 18 models with new ones being introduced every year.
Model ranges/Models of Parker Boats and Parker Offshore Boats
Parker Offshore Boats has a current line-up consisting of 11 models across three ranges. Having said that, it has a lot of previous models that can be found widely on the used market. Thanks to the strong build quality these boats have long lives and are therefore popular to buy used.
The current Center Console range consists of the 2200CC, 2400CC, 2600CC, and the 2900CC, the largest model in the brand’s line-up. With deep V hulls designed for rougher offshore waters, good stability, spacious deck layouts, and lots of versatility, these models have built off the successes of previous generations. Whether it’s the 2200CC, with its hard T-top, advanced electronics, and easy to trailer size, or the 2900CC, which can deliver 600 HP, has a suite of fishing accessories, and a dive door, they are geared for multi-use.
The Sport Cabin Series consists of the 2120SC, 2420SC, 2520 XLD SC, and 2820 XLD SC. These robust pilothouse boats are designed for both serious anglers or recreational users thanks to their versatile amenities and ability to withstand even the toughest of offshore sea conditions safely.
Other models include the 18SE, 21SE, and 23SE, which offer a shallow draft and modified V hull suited to inshore fishing.
Parker Boats (or Parker Poland): The current line-up of Parker Boats consists of 18 models that includes the Parker 700 Pilothouse, Parker 720 Adventure (a day cruiser which replaced the hugely popular 690), Parker 800 series (available as Cruiser, Pilothouse, and Weekend models), and Parker 920 MAX (the brand’s largest model).
The 920 MAX has been designed for both serious fishing as weekend cruising, with a suite of accessories, a huge aft deck with sun loungers, module-based furnishings for customization, and single or twin outboard options.
