VAT Note: No formal invoice is available for this yacht. She was placed on the French Flag 20+ years ago in 2002 in the name of the current owners. In order to be on the French Flag the French authorities would have to have approved the yacht's TVA/VAT paid status. When the French Flag is cancelled this is done by French Customs/Douanes and would not be closed if there were taxes to pay. The French Closure document ‘Certificate du Radiation was issued by Customs and further supported by an email in 2019 from French Customs in Lorient stating the yacht was closed TVA acquittee (VAT paid).
